Today the nearby Harlaxton Manor was having an open day and as it only happens once a year, I went to have a snoop around.

You can’t really tell from the photo but the t-shirt has a polo neck collar drawn on it. I find it extremely amusing.
I did take a bunch of photos, but I will edit them later and will post them separately. I decided to have a nap and watch a film after I got back – it is Sunday after all.
I ended up watching The Ramen Girl, starring the late Brittany Murphy.
Not a brilliant film but I guess it was perfect for a lazy Sunday, nothing like a non challenging film when you’re half asleep. The downside is that it left me wanting to eat ramen for dinner and there is no such thing in this town. Oh snap!
