I’m still catching up on sleep and other blogs (slowly, very slowly) and for the moment just publishing a few things I had left prepared before travelling. I am so tired it is ridiculous, but I hope to start sharing more stuff from my adventures in Florida soon. Here’s a little snippet, for the time being.
Before heading to Florida I had a 12 hour layover in Lisbon, my hometown. Of course I had to meet up with friends and family and go out for a stroll, even though I was only staying during the night. Needless to say I didn’t have much sleep before boarding the flight to Miami, but it was for a good cause. I hope to be back soon and catch up with a few more people! There is not a lot more that I miss about Lisbon besides family, friends and the nightlife, so I did all of that on my extremely short visit.

These are really fun photos! What really brought me here is that great profile photo. Love the shoes and tights!!!!
Lisbon's been on my wish-list of places to visit forever! I suppose it's something to do with my obsession with Goa and the Portuguese connection. If we finally get there this year I'll be drilling you for tips and info!
You look so happy there, being in England must be quite a shock to the system! x
PS That pink headband was from Peacocks a couple of years ago for 50p! I only went in to shelter from the rain!
I never been to Lisbon- love those European cities- I lived in Germany, i have been to Switzerland, Austria, Paris, Venise, Florence, All over France, London, ect… but not Portugal –
I love that you did your pics in B&W – I see lots of grafitis, that could be anywhere in the world, we have that problem as well – and the bodyguard in front of the disco that is so universal –
About the blogging bit – i had the chance to work on it full time while on sick leave this winter but it takes a lot of your time – but like you say it is all worth it because of all the cool ladies you met – You guess you do the best you can ! Get some rest!

Lisboa maravilhosa Lisboa de amigos, sol, e ruas obscuras 🙂
I love how you can just hop over to Lisbon. Hopping into another culture here involves major travel, even if it's within the same country, like going to Quebec. What's the big creature container in the last photo? Cool pic.
I have not been to Lisbon but would love to.
As for Miami, I love it. I used to spend much time, back when we had a place there.
Cute ensemble!
lot of people ! love Lisboa !
This sounds like quite the adventure! Can't wait to see more photos and hear all about it.
