You can't start a fire, you can't start a fire without a spark

June 16, 2012
? ? Bruce Springsteen – Dancing in the dark ? ?
I get up in the evening, and I ain’t got nothing to say
I come home in the morning, I go to bed feeling the same way
I ain’t nothing but tired, man I’m just tired and bored with myself
Hey there baby, I could use just a little help

Yup, tired is the word. This was taken last Monday, the first day back to work, after coming back from travelling. Still feeling the effects of 24 hours on the move with barely any sleep. Tired is the word indeed, tired of having to leave my husband behind once again and coming back to the dreadful weather that seems to reflect my mood.
Still, I felt like wearing a couple of new things to cheer me up a little, the skirt and the shoes.

Details:
Cardigan – Zara
Peplum Skirt – Gem, via Ebay
Swallows Tshirt – Primark (silly me, I forgot to take a photo of the pattern in more detail)
Shoes -Otto et Moi for Kate Kuba via Ebay

Remember I wrote about the brand Otto et Moi on this post ? Well, after writing it I went on Ebay and scored these for a tenner. Result!

Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend.

All the greenery is beautiful, yours and Mother Nature's. I'm sorry you are dragging here! I hope your trip was wonderful. Trust me, after awhile in the southern US, you'd be missing your UK weather!!

What a result on those sandals, they look brilliant with the black tights and that skirt is just wonderful on you. Your hair is so cool! xxx

you look gorgeous here Mrs.D! I love the shape of your skirt, I haven't got any of the same shape.
Do you change your hair colour often? They look great on you.
I am going to France this summer so I can enjoy European weather :)))
And, I hate the gym too, but I just found out that my knees are weak so I have to exercise often to build up muscles to support the joints. It happens to me quite early sadly. But luckily I still can do something about it now.

Have a nice week ahead Mrs. D!
Hope to see more photos of the week this time 🙂
