Making friends

June 18, 2012

If you read my blog regularly and don’t do it on the Google Reader, you may have noticed that I changed a couple of things on my side bar. If you haven’t, well go have a look, because I have added buttons to connect my blog to two of my favourite pages out there! Before I left for travelling I was contacted by these two ladies so we could connect our blogs and I immediately said yes! As I am not selfish and don’t want to keep them all to myself, here’s a little introduction.

Andrea Deal of Teetoo

I found Andrea through a sponsor post (I think) over at Elycia’s blog. I clicked on the link and immediately liked what I saw. We have so many things in common it’s insane, our love for illustration, clothes, music. She’s not only cute as a button (as you can see from the photos), but she is also a very talented illustrator, blogger, stuffed toy maker, brilliant vegan cook, homeopathy enthusiast and also a great Mom! Phew!
Make sure you take a peek at her page, you will not be disappointed!

Dolls are United! by Amy He

Do you remember my first Meet and Greet interview? If you don’t here it is. Back then I interviewed Amy He, the creative force behind the brand Mod Dolly and the blog Dolls are United!  Well, Amy invited me to be a resident blogger over at Dolls are United and I said yes to the challenge! There are already a couple of resident bloggers on there and I hope to make a good contribution to the page as well. The posts on the page range from Amy’s personal travels and ideas, contributions from other bloggers, style inspirations, illustration. All things I like, of course, and I am sure you will too! As soon as my first post goes up on the page I will certainly keep you informed. In the meantime make sure you pop on over to Dolls are United, you will not regret it.

I can’t wait for the collaborations I will be doing with these two ladies, it’ll be so much fun! If you have any cool ideas or projects you would like to get me involved in, don’t be shy and drop me a comment. I’d love to hear your ideas. This is one of the reasons why I love blogging, meeting interesting people!
