Be my little rock and roll queen

August 8, 2013

I was looking through the vault of unpublished photos and found these from a few months back, when I attended a the Subways show at the Engine Shed in Lincoln. It was a short but nice show and they have an incredible energy on stage. I also have to say that despite enjoying the music a lot, I felt a bit uncomfortable and out of place. Me and my friend were probably the oldest people attending it… but then what did we expect, attending a show organized for university starters? haha

Its good to get out of your comfort zone once in awhile! I had such a silly time when I went to a death metal show about a month ago — yep oldest bat there, but still had fun! Gorgeous pics! XXX Jet (or as my daughter gave me a death metal name for the night “Jinx Jackhammer”!)
