    Growing up in the 80’s:
    Iron Maiden
    Helloween
    Celtic Frost
Guys in skinny jeans, all stars and loooooong hair
    Metalheads
    Headbanging
    did I mention Iron Maiden?
Writing love stories where MIchael KIske is the love interest
after writing scifi stories where all members of Duran Duran are the love interest and having that story read aloud to the class by your geography teacher when you’re in seventh grade
Being 13 and thinking you’re as cool as any twenty year old
    Ballet classes
    Headbanging
    Metalheads
some more Iron Maiden, just in case!!

I was a teen in the 80’s and it was damn goooooood!!!

A decade lost on me, I spent it dressed in 1970s clothes and trapped in a job I loathed! x

Can you believe it’s been 20 years since Kurt Cobain took his life? That list pretty much describes my experience of the 90s, too. Only Eddie Vedder was my god. (Still is, sadly…) Good, good times. :o)

The 90s were awesome. I look back on it with much fondness.
