Finally another style post.. it’s been a while! It’s getting harder and harder to get outfit photos taken, but I try. This time I’m wearing a few favourites that have been in my closet, along with a gorgeous vegan bag from LaBante. These bags are cute and cruelty free!
This weekend I spent part of a day in Camden and for a good reason. My friend Michel is going back home to Berlin this week and wanted to get some silly souvenirs. As we hadn’t been to that part of town together yet, there we went. We had a great time, it has to be said. It was raining for a bit here and there but even that didn’t spoil our fun day.
We started by taking photos of my outfit – who is going to do that for me now that he will be gone? 🙁
The other weekend I went out around the Southward area with my friend Kirk, as we now have the same camera and thought it was a good idea to go out for a walk to practice photography. The day was horrendously cold, meaning a great deal of layering had to be done. However, I removed the coat for the outfit photos, because gorgeous army jacket. Hello, how cool is it? This was also one of my Xmas gifts from Jasiminne and Henry, from their shop Regimental Vintage. It was another one of the pieces I wore for the photoshoot that I absolutely fell in love with. I love me some militaria, what can I do?
Sooo, It’s my birthday this Wednesday, and as it’s in the middle of the working week, I decided to get together with a few friends in anticipation during the long weekend. We gathered for a picnic at Victoria Park in London, and we had a lot of fun. Except when there was a bit of a shower and we had to hide under the Chinese Pagoda! I decided I should wear something fun, hence the white and pink. I think in the back of my mind I just wanted to feel like the birthday princess, haha!
Did you notice I have little Game Boys on my nails? They were made by the super talented Alice @alicemcnails, at the Joy event I attended last week. Joy has several shops all over London and they have now reopened a branch in Brixton, and I was there for the opening. Lot’s of 90’s style fun was had and I came back with this super fun mani.

I have been made to have fun. I’m very good at it. I’m so good, I should get paid to do it. Every little thing is a good excuse for a laugh or something silly. Hotel rooms are no exception. They exist with the sole purpose of having people like me have fun in them. And this is what I did, I had all the fun I could have, jumping all over the furniture. I swear I didn’t break anything though, that wouldn’t be fun now, would it?
