Charity shop finds

January 28, 2012
Found this Bob Mackie Wearable Art shirt in Oxfam for £3. It’s deliciously western style tacky. I am now officially collecting tacky western style shirts (I have another one I found in Buffalo Exchange in NYC). It brings out my inner Dolly Parton.
Also found this brand new plain white shirt, for a detachable collar DIY project for £3.
Good books for about 50p each.
So these were this week’s finds. Have you found anything interesting lately while thrifting?

I never find good stuff second hand. Maybe we just don't have good enough thrifty shops in Ireland? Anything decent is always super expensive 🙁

Really? Well, I suppose that one has to be lucky as well. In the town where I live there are loads of charity shops and they're cheap, because it's not a fancy place. I know that some of the designer stuff we have in Oxfam would go for a lot more if it was in a busier city.
