Last Friday as already mentioned, I traveled to London to attend my friend Fabio and his housemates’ dinner party. Catarina was making bacalhau com natas (creamy cod bake) which is a Portuguese traditional dinner and we had a little Christmas themed banquet. I tried to take a few photos but they didn’t come out all that well as unfortunately the light wasn’t too good. Despite of that, lot of fun was had, crackers were opened, interesting conversations were exchanged and nice Portuguese (and others) wines were drank. A very good and festive evening in good company, all in all. It is events like these that make me very grateful for the good friends I have.
Anyways, as the occasion was festive, I had to wear a party dress. This one I got from Ebay but it is originally from H&M. The cardigan is from a jumble sale, the velvet bow from H&M and the boots from Dr Martens, via Ebay.
Happy Winter Solstice! From now on the days will start getting longer and I’m very much looking forward to that!
