The week in (lots of) photos!

January 6, 2013

Here are some of the Instagram photos of Florida form the first week I spent there.

I went to Walmart for the first time. They had pink bb guns, fer chrissakes!

Alien Beer.

Coca de langosta. Nom nom nom.

This is our favourite song. Not really. I just used to sing this to Mr D when we started dating, just to annoy him.

Domo-kun hat at the men’s section at Target. I wish I had a use for a hat like this as it is sooo cute!

We went to the Mexican for lunch. I had pollo con mole.

Mr D and I were having a good time.

My new heart shaped glasses from Target!

We drove through a tropical storm on the way to Sarasota.

It was gone, a few miles ahead.

I want to drive that van. It’s kind of sponge bobey, no?

WE went out for pizza at this family restaurant close by. The pizzas are delicious and they’re home made.

What I wore on one of the days. I got the tee from the Ringling Circus Museum, the yellow vest is from some brand I forget the name and the skirt is Olsenboye.

Festive nails.

Too good to be left behind. I may have to pass it forward as it is a tad too big.

The best vanity plate I’ve seen so far.

I found this at the thrift store ‘walking through merrie Englande’ by Norman Rockwell. I took a photo so I didn’t have to buy it 😛

We stopped at a burger place and munched on some food.

Record covers at the thrift store.

One of my Christmas gifts from Mr D. He loves frogs!

Posh water from Norway.

I found these gorgeous 60’s trousers. I can’t wait to wear them!

Outlet shopping is the best. I found these Kate Spade heels on the clearance section at TJ Maxx.

Heart jumper from Target, nail polish from Essie.

More thrift store goodies.

Micha is my friend.

Micha doesn’t like having her photo taken. It’s pretty obvious!

She is 20 years old and has been with the family since Mr D was a child.

Every time I drink Chianti I think of Hannibal Lecter.

My new cloche hat, one of my Christmas gifts, from Mr D’s grandma.

I found these on the clearance section at JC Penney, a steal for $17. I like to think that they look a little bit Art Deco inspired.

My husband gave me a cock ring for Christmas. Truly FABULARSE.

Some more festive nails!
